Prof. Milton Leong is a pioneer of IVF in Hong Kong and was responsible for the first IVF baby in 1985. He has been a reproductive medicine specialist for more than 30 years, and is the co-founder of IVF Worldwide, the world's largest and most comprehensive in-vitro fertilization-focused website for doctors, embryologists, nurses and social workers. He is also the Founding President at The Hong Kong Society for Reproductive Medicine, holding the title for more than a decade.

Over the last 20 years, he has researched, published, and taught the art and science of fertility and the assisted in reproductive techniques, keeping himself up-to-date with the latest techniques for the benefit of his clients.  In 2014, he setup HKIVF, a state-of-art facility that offer comprehensive services in key areas of fertility treatments, including Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), In Vitro Maturation (IVM), Gamete Storage, and Embryo Storage.
